All Practices
The confidential directory for buying and selling accounting practices — tax, bookkeeping, payroll, CAS, advisory, EA, audit/review, and CPA firms.
CPA Acquire brings buyers and sellers of accounting practices together through confidential, blind listings. Sellers describe a practice's region, revenue, service mix, and transition terms without revealing the firm name or client identities; buyers browse, save, and request gated access; sellers decide who sees more.
Practices vary widely — from seasonal tax-prep shops to 95%-recurring CAS firms to licensed CPA practices with attest work. Use the filters to narrow by practice type, state, revenue, recurring-revenue percentage, and deal preferences, or start from a category page for type-specific context.
CPA Acquire is a directory only. It does not broker, negotiate, value, escrow, or close any transaction. Buyers and sellers handle diligence, compliance, documents, and closing independently with their own advisors.

Every listing in the directory is blind. CPA Acquire never publicly displays seller identity, firm name, exact address, client names, employee names, tax IDs, or any uploaded PII. Sellers control who is approved to see additional detail.
Plain-English background — not legal, tax, CPA, or valuation advice.
Browse the confidential listings on CPA Acquire, filter by practice type, state, revenue, and service mix, save the practices that fit, and request gated access. The seller reviews each request and decides whether to share more detail. CPA Acquire lists practices and lets sellers control disclosure — it does not match, rank, or recommend buyers.
Include a blind title and summary (no firm name or client names), the practice type and region, revenue and asking price, SDE/EBITDA, recurring-revenue percentage, service-mix percentages, client and staff counts, software stack, and your deal and transition preferences. Never include client names, SSNs, EINs, returns, bank statements, payroll files, or any client-level records — those stay off the directory entirely.
A confidential (or 'blind') listing describes a practice for sale without revealing the owner's identity, firm name, exact address, client names, or any client PII. Buyers see high-level teaser information — practice type, region, revenue range, service mix, and deal preferences — and request gated access. The seller decides, at their sole discretion, who is approved to see additional detail.
No. CPA Acquire is a listing directory only. It does not broker transactions, represent buyers or sellers, negotiate terms, recommend buyers or sellers, provide valuation advice, prepare transaction documents, hold funds, provide escrow, or facilitate closings. Buyers and sellers connect through the directory and then handle diligence, negotiation, financing, compliance, and closing independently with their own advisors.
