CPA Acquire does not manage or advise on professional compliance. Buyers and sellers should consult their own CPA, attorney, and state board/accountancy advisors, and engage their own transaction professionals.

Listings are provided by sellers, who are solely responsible for their accuracy. CPA Acquire does not independently verify financial or other information. Buyers should conduct their own diligence.
